If the tech guys weren't watching so carefully I'd be rolling with something more similar to what everybody else here has. Ours techs are on the ball, but also enforce strict rules including *shudder* IE.

I do the same, especially if I need to upload the screenshot. If it's for email, I paste directly into a new email. I also make extensive use of Notepad.
