Software for Micro lenders recommendations

Hi all ,

I am looking for software for Micro lenders, preferably web based.
- it should be to calculate interest on loans for a given period
- be able to extract different types of reports.

I am leaning towards opensource due to limited funds but can look into commercial offerings.
Please make recommendations.

Any spreadsheet will have this as one of it's formulas.

Else there must be a zillion online calculators out there.
