A Canadian company on Monday unveiled software crafted to prevent people, particularly mobile device-loving teenagers, from making telephone calls or text-messaging while driving.

so in places like the states where kids get their licenses at 16?... thats 2 years before they're adult...

I'd def use a piece of software like this if i Had a kid driving.. Hell I'd even prob use it myself since I'm occasionally guilty of using my phone whilst driving

According to the Oxford dictionary, a 'teenager' is a 'person aged between 13 and 19 years.' So even in good ol' SA, a teenager may drive legally for 2 years.
