Solution to keep gaming during loadshedding

Oh yes, another reason this thing costs so much is because it recharges super fast. Unlike the batteries in the Mecer units which will take several hours to get back to max.
Luckily for load shedding, the recharge times are usually ok.

Yeha mecer 720watt and 1400watt is fine.

The 5000watt mecer when pushed above 2500watt can be quite an irratting sound :(
A 5kw would be louder, the fans needing to kick in and cool all that :-)

Oculus Quest 2 + power 10 000maH powerbank. Two decent LED lights.
8 Hours of gaming.

Playing Resident Evil 4 during loadshedding.

Just check the battery shutoff voltage of whatever inverter you get. The Mecer 720W shuts off at 9.9V which will pretty much toast your battery. So this means you need to invest in about 3 x the power capacity you actually need to avoid over discharging your LA batteries.

Correct you manually monitor the lcd screen and switch off

I'm getting my badboy on Monday.
Apparently they don't install the batteries for me because it's not safe.

That is actually a good thing, cause you could make a backyard bush welder. I've melted a cable or 2
