So out of the blue I get an email that Netflix has cancelled my account because the payment was rejected.

I try to re-add my cc and won't let me, try 3 other cards, nada!

So I decide that I will try entropay. . Sign up for an account, all is well except I still cannot pay netflix account, get the error there is something wrong with your card.

So I realise when signing up for my entropy account that I left it on default country of South Africa, so I tried to change it and account gets blocked.

Now I have $20 sitting in my account which I cannot access, and I have no Netflix.

Any help = much appreciated in this hour of need.

I had the same problem when using my credit card. What you need to do is find out what is the postal address where youR credit card statement goes to. Then you take those 4 postal code digits and "change" it into a US postal code with is 5 digits.

So if your SA postal code on your credit card statement is 1234, the address that you use when signing up to Netflix must then be at a US address with postal code x1234.

Thanks, but I am still kinda screwed as my account has been disabled, so I can't change anything.

About a year ago I did the same thing as you and had my entropy account disabled. I emailed their support explaining what I had done and they reenabled my account the following day.

Contact them and explain an error made. Surely should reimburse at least.

Ok sweet thanks, I will do that.

Emailed them, they sound useless, they had screwed up my account some how so they reset it, I still sit with no netflix.

Should I just give it up, or is there another way to pay them.

Maybe just create another Netflix account, and then use your credit card and follow steps I mentioned in second post.

At least this way if it fails, you just phone the bank and they reverse the charges. But it shouldn't if you use the correct postal code.

Tried that as well. . . Every card including my Entropay card just says "there was a problem with your card"

The 'Country of residence' & address on my Entropay profile is still Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.
The last Unotelly and Netflix debits were on 11 April 2014. I've been using it like this for at least 18 months.

Yeah, country actually doesn't matter, didn't realise, but I think my postal code is the issue.

Bummer dude!!

I tried the postal code solution on my original Netflix account and I kept getting the error We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later. But when I opened a new Netflix account, it went through first time with my Standard Bank Credit Card.

Just on the postal code, did you check that your postal code is correct in your statement, and that the 1**** postal code is a valid postal code in US, and did you make sure you chose the correct state and county to match the postal code you choose

Only other option, maybe grab yourself a VirginMoney credit card. Its free to apply, you can apply online, and you only pay per transaction. I got myself one with a R2000 limit incase I wanted to purchase something online from an not well known internet site.
