Some sits not accessable on per gb IS

Hiya

I can access some sites perfectly on uncapped IS 4mbit lite

Trying to access same sites on per gb IS adsl no luck

example

http://forums.dlink.com
http://www.thinstation.org

even google.com/co.za takes forever to come up, but gmail is perfectly fine (maybe as its ssl)
