So i reached my goals after a year going from 97kg to 76kg 
Now i'm reducing my cardio by 60% and slight bulking now.
So my off days when i don't gym i jog for 2-3kms
Gym days i start off with 4min jogging and rest in-between next workout is under 1min.
Now i want to start getting my body fat down to see more definition ?any tips what i could do or add to help this goal.
I only use a whey protein after gym.
