Some tips would be nice for reducing body fat

FAT causes FAT,



Excess Carbohydrates convert into ......wait for it....... fat cells.

So if you still consume fat you are are not waiting for the carbohydrates to convert you are just putting FAT straight into your body.

He is trying to lose the FAT in his body so why the hell would he put FAT into his body (whether it be in the form of carbohydrates or fat)?

Diet smi-et, Banting smanting. Eat what you like but don't eat alot. Eat till the the hunger subsides and you're comfortable then stop. Run, ride, have fun if you want to maintain. Run, ride have fun more if you want to lose.

Eat what you want means food not junk. Junk stays in the trash you're not a racoon.
No alcohol ever
But i like my beer and whiskey :(
 
As per my post with the study.

Eat enough protein and do resistance training.

Then losing weight = shedding body fat.
As member on this thread said,seems i have a winning formula?maybe just tweak it a little and keep going harder with more protein ..

Trolls? Some people on this forum give out some pretty bad health advise and believe their own BS.

+1 for the banting diet

Weight training will also help because muscle burns fat. Once you have a significant amount of muscle your body will naturally burn more fat even while at rest.

The amount of muscle mass you would gain increases your BMR by a negligible amount. Think a few lifesavers worth of calories per day.
