I have both these units to test. But purely testing in full the 10 Plus.

I have to say, for a 21:9 aspect ratio, it's a fantastic device, and very comfortable to hold in the hand.

It's a big phone, 6.5 inches, but because of the aspect ratio, it doesn't feel that big. The display while not the greatest, it is an IPS LCD, the viewing angles are good, and the brightness is bright enough.

It's a mid ranger for sure, when you look at the chipset being a Snapdragon 636. But it comes with 4GBs of ram, and a 3000mah battery. Don't expect to compare this with a Samsung or any other high end device, as said above its in the middle side of the smartphone world.

Where is the Notch you may ask? Well there is no notch thankfully, it's a nice touch by Sony. The build quality is very good, despite it being pretty much a plastic type of surface. No glass back or any aluminum etc. Jack is still there, yes the loveable headphone Jack is still around. "breathes a sigh of relief"

Sony didn't follow what everybody is doing with a notch, mechanical moving camera etc with this device. It's a simple design, but it still maintains that Sony feel about it, and is still very much part of how the Xperia range has been over the years.

IL try and get some pics up, and add to the review later on.

That 3000mAh battery, how does it hold up?

Surprisingly well i have to say. Remember, that due to the lower display quality in terms of not being an Amoled screen, the battery is more than capable of doing a couple of days of medium to heavy usage.

battery was charged up fully about 5 hours ago. Screen on time or in usage was for about an hour and a half, and ive shifted about 10% battery life. But again battery life is all dependant on usage, and how hard you hitting the device.

on a cheap contract, this is not a bad device to get. Its not a Samsung or Huawei device in terms of specs on their high end devices, but compared to Samsung and Huawei mid rangers, its pretty close

Ah okay interesting, I'm using the new Galaxy A50.
