Sony Ericsson W810i Screen replacement

So my brother bumped into a table with his phone in his pocket, and the screen cracked and is no longer with us

What is the prognosis? Anyone know an approximate cost to get this fixed? Would I be able to obtain the replacement part and fit it myself? Is it even possible to obtain replacement parts for older phones like this?

Not sure about repair or replacement costs. The same thing happened to me with my old K800i. I found it less of a hassle to buy a part over the internet as it wasn't covered by guarantee. Not sure if you've heard of Cellular Nationwide Network (www.cnn.cn) but they've always been good and prompt.

I've bought from them a few times and never had any problems.
