The biggest improvement for me may be the multiple device pairing... irritates me to have to take off my headphones to take a phone call.

If you have a home office. Yes. If it is more than R7000 you can only claim the depreciation

Even XM3. Call quality sucks.

apple and many other manufactures beat it in that regard , one of the let downs , wanted to buy it for work purpose
but for the premium price would think u would get better quality calls

call quality isn't hot... but on my Macbook, I just switch the call software to use built in mic input and headphones output. Much better that way.

xm4 i assume? yeah it allows to connect to 2 devices

check the subreddit for Sony, people are having a lot of trouble with the XM4's new features. I hope a software update will fix it but it looks like XM3 will hold their own for sometime longer
