You obviously don't watch much Bundesliga. They were both horrid throughout the season and nobody gave them a chance when they got here.

Anyway I don't know what's with your hatred for Germany, and why your sudden gloating in this sub-forum. It's not like you've been posting much here anyway.

Grats Spain, Germany never pitched up for this game....wtf. Tthis could easily have been a 3-0 score for Spain, and the game felt like it too...i swear i only saw spain constantly kicking at german nets.

I hoped for germany, but it was clear as day they didn't play at all, there was nothing there...nothing. :(
 
Yeah with a bit more experience, Germany I think should take the 2014 World Cup. I think one of the Supersport analysts said most of team will even be around for the 2018 World Cup which would make them really formidable!

Spain messed up two really easy chances - the scoreline was forgiving to Germany to be honest.

Of course they did well - they got to 3/4th place.
 
While the germans have done well i think the way they played tonight was just stupid.

Rather lose 3-0 to spain than go out with a wimper. Paraguay troubled spain more. Shocking game and WTF happened to that german team WHO COULD ATTACK?
 
Gutted... Really thought the Germans would be able to pull it off.

But not to take anything away from Spain... They completely controlled the game and never looked in any kind of trouble. They were by far the better side out there today.

It was almost as if Germany decided they didn't want to win; all 50/50 balls went the way of Spain, as did any aerial challenge, even the ones that seemed destined for German contact. I thought Boateng could have made a bit more of a contribution.

And again, not to take anything away from Puyol; he finished brilliantly, but seriously... Puyol?? Wtf were the Germans doing??

Stop projecting. Don't take your disappointment out on me.

The better team won. I think that's fair. In 4 years time things may be different but one can never predict. Hopefully Spain will kick butt again.
 
Cool - glad Spain won - deserved to on the night. Germany looked shell shocked - Ramos completely closed down Podolski and (can't remember his name) who were allowed free reign against Argentina and England.

Now Germany please thrash Uruguay so that they can go back home with as little as possible!
