Spam blocker

I am looking for an app that can block both phone calls and messages.
I want to be able to block messages by:
Sender's name and / or telephone number
By content word or phrase. i.e message contains the word "millions" or phrase "you have won the lotto"

I do use Truecaller for blocking calls.
But it would be great to have just one app that does all

@TimTDP -Just acquire a phone that supports the "Android One" program or Google Pixel and then your Phone and Messages apps will block as you requested, WITHOUT USING 3RD PARTY APPS.
