Speed degradation on NeoConnect Prime & NeoFlex Data

I'm in Cape Town and my line disconnected alot last night.
After say, 9/10ish... it stopped doing it.

Sigh. Is there any ETA when they are going to fix this, or is there any info so we can know why this is happening?

Would make life a lot easier if we knew what was wrong :/

I am on the Prime Unlimted package and I can not reach download speeds more than 150kb/s at most, unsually when I run the speeds test it is less than 100kb/s and the upload rate is far less than that. It is horrible, can not even browse the internet properly....
