ok guys I got a 4mg line installed today and got afrihost 4 mg uncapped package. my speed test results are this 75 ping. download speed 0.32mbps and upload speed at 0.11. is this what it should be cause my internet feels so dam slow! this test was done to our local servers
 
looks as if one person is downloadin the other persons internet ****ing freezes. is there something I am doing wrong. any solutions please. do I need to kak out telkom or afrihost.

That is a very good result for a 384 service! :p

Make sure Afrihost have you on a 4096 product profile.

If they confirm it, then Telkom have you on the wrong profile. (if you are paying Telkom for your ADSL line rental)
 
I wont be very impressed if im paying for a 4mg line from telkom and they put me on a 384kb line

That definitely doesn't look right! Pls PM me your username and let me take a look at what the problem might be.

Did you do a self-install of your ADSL Router ?
If so make sure you have down the verification process otherwise your speed will stay at 384K

Telkom fix your typo on that web page
Free access to the Telkom helpdesk and a Telkom technician call out in the event of inability to complete the ADSL instillation (at a call out fee), will remain an alternative option for ADSL customers.
