Well, well well

Seems their proxy server has been set to cache large'ish executables... I tried an international download of a file twice :

wget http://tucows.easynet.net/files4/integrity.exe ( 4.88 KB/s)
wget http://tucows.easynet.net/files4/integrity.exe (12.86 KB/s)

Then re-ran with cache explicitly off

wget -C off http://tucows.easynet.net/files4/integrity.exe ( 5.02 KB/s)

==============

So if you're doing testing make sure you're not testing Sentech's transparent proxy...

nice to see they trying to conserve international bandwidth ... or are they trying to fake out there users ??

this is a very good start, something so easy to do that it should have been set in place a long time ago

...yet they didnt.... goes to show...

Hell, my gran on a scooter with a memory stick is faster than Sentech's MyWireless!
