I see they only launched this year and I am never on upper campus any more so that would explain why I have never seen the ads...

No mention of how far you're expected to drive. In the current climate it might be unwise to sign any contract involving a fixed fee. Anyone doing this should also make sure they're getting significantly more than the AA rate per kilometer.

Is the advertising painted on or is it decals?

It says on the site that they can remove it without damage to the car's paintwork. I am still awaiting a reply email...
 
Well I have received an email back from admotion with an application form. Seems to be legit. A few spelling mistakes here and there....Has anyone successfully used these people before?

Today I saw a car drive by completely covered in various company's logos and advertising. I have heard of this being done, I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with this kind of thing and if you can make any decent kind of money from it?

did i not help you out last year with this...You get about R600 for ads on the car,a guy i know did this,pm me if you want to know more henry and i will give you his nommer

Yes you did. I did not know it was the same thing. On the site it says that they only started this year...

The site says R700 for a 'full wrap"?

So it's kosher then? :)
 
I know of someone in Stellenbosch that got offered to have his Opel bakkie branded by Tollies for R1200 pm (Or something) Didnt do it though...

Id be interested in doing it though... Extra R1000 a month goes a long way :P

So, I've submitted my application. Let's see what happens. At this moment in time I'm willing to prostitute my car for some extra cash. :D

If they choose me to advertise something, I'll want to have the final say as to what I want on my car. Simple as that.

Well it would depend on the company and the size of the advertising...

Like if you wanted to spray my car pink and advertise tampons, then I'd need quite a lot ;)

But anything non-offensive and R500 up makes it worthwhile for something discrete I guess.
