Sponsored Cars?

The ITEK engineer at our branch had his CTi branded with the company's logo and service offerings. I might be wrong but I think the company pays him around R1500 a month to have it on. And it doesn't look bad either. If he resigns, they pay for removal as well.

Ya, that would be great. Looking for something like that but it seems that companies only offer that to their own employees...

Phone a company, and ask to speak to their marketting department...ask them.

I'm thinking of doing it to my Hilux, but not for the money...

I have tried emailing a lot of the marketing companies of various companies, all to no avail. Maybe phoning would be more direct...

One thing I've learnt in this country, email doesn't work. I never get a response from anyone using email, banks/cellphone companies/invesitment companies/etc... phone rather.

Indeed. Like some places don't even know the internet exists. Sad really.

Ooh, it's been a while since I bumped this.

No new intel from my side, sadly.

Perhaps it could be moved to the Motoring forum, where it might generate some more feedback, mods? :)

Woah just read the thread now, this seems like quite an awesome idea and feasible if the right contacts were known

I kid not. I was bleak to say the least.

Damn, this is a rip off:

R50 per month to have them deface my car with that rubbish... no thanks....

R300 per month, and I'd start to have second thoughts.

Least you CPT people have some options.. *tries to think of options in dbn*

Izan : the only option I ever remember was when the Wavehouse opened... they had full back windscreen jobbies, paying like R300 pm for 3 months... but that was it.
