Sponsored Cars?

I will only do something like this if they give the car as well.;)

Say VW gives me a VW Caddy Life to drive around with for 12 months with all the advertising on the car they want to put on there. They can pay for the first 500km I travel per month. Everything more than that I'll pay myself. All they do is supply me with the car. After the 12 months they take back the car and give me another one for 12 months.:D

Now that will be good enough for me. They won't have to pay me to do it.:)
 
I phoned my friend and he told me that he gets 500 bucks,he told me that they normally aproach students....
listen is there anything you want me to ask him about this and be specific then i can ask him about everything.

Yes. Who did he do it through? What re the terms and conditions? Do they take the stuff off again? How long is it for? What are the ads of?
 
Just and update...I signed up with Student Village ages ago and I have heard nothing from them at all, nor have i seen them on campus at UCT...

Otherwise, I have had no luck randomly approaching companies nor finding branded cars for sale anywhere...

Anyone else have any luck with this? Seems like such an easy way to make cash...
 
makes me wonder if its soo hard to find them, what happens if they don't pay you on a monthly basis?

I would suggest call the billboard companies, and ask them about this sort of advertising and what they know about it...

The big ones, would be easy to find on google?

..Just a thought.

That is an idea...What sort of companies do you have in mind?

Dont remember the names off the top off my head for the bulk of them, but seem to see lots of them, try searching for primedia, outdoor advertising, wide open platform - maybe all of these companies are the same.
 
I only remember seeing three types of branded cars:
1) Company cars with own companies stuff on it
2) Fast cars with USN on them
3) Student cars with plumbing ads on them

Indeed, wide open platform and outdoor advertising get me to the same thing.

Seems to be more about billboards and adverts on buildings. Can't seem to find anything about cars...
