You guys and your claiming rights when it suits you. I said nothing about him not having rights. I merely said it is rather disrespectful. Whether it is Mandela or not I was always told to respect your elders but I suppose not all of us had the same upbringing.

Mephisto may try to be subtle with his comments but it does not take a genius to see his real feelings.
In this case he was deliberately vague as he is fully aware his true thoughts on the matter would not go down well with a lot of people.

Mephisto you are one weird chap. You seem to enjoy an argument but then you get so uptight when someone points something out or accuses you of something. You seem to have a bit of a complex and get on the defensive. I am also sorry to inform you but when you confront someone directly on a thread you cannot then call "troll" when they respond to you! It makes you come across as a little idiotic. You have referred to me in a number of unrelated threads in what seems to be attempts to bait me (hmm sounds a bit like trolling really) but I have seen the comments but refused to take the bait. So perhaps you need to practice what you preach.

Ok how about this .... your pettiness has already had one of my threads closed, so before it happens again, do this - pretend I'm not here (don't answer any of my posts, discuss sh*t with me, attack anything I say, etc) and I'll do the same .... I don't want to use 'Ignore' because that will just leave big gaps in posts and I also, as much as I would like to, don't want to resort to RBP. Sounds fscking good to me .....

Not sure what this thread has to do with blind patriotism actually? This whole line of thinking came about as a result of Mephisto calling the game today a "useless romp". I gave three reasons why I felt not, he ignored them all but did question why this game should have been played in honour of Mandela. Now I am not sure where blind patriotism comes into that. As stated I see it as respect.
