Spur has gone too far

I thought spur were known for their pork ribs, so what do the halaal ones sell, just wings and steak?

Back in the 90's, I'd hang out for a fews hours with my friends at the Spur in Somerset Mall, when the coffee was really bottomless. They'd eventually just bring us the urn. But I guess Spur HO caught on to what was happening, and one day the menu changed and it was "bottomless", but capped at three cups. Bastards.

P.S: yes, we used to eat there every time, too. And it wasn't peak times, either.

Er, what now? Can't order a beer with your burger/steak/ribs (I'm assuming these are beef now, too) at a sit-down restaurant? Salam hoeluikhulle...

Was more of a joke. But I personally stopped drinking coffee about 20 years ago. I find it funny in the mornings when everyone queue for their Seattle Coffee at my local Fresh shop and get quite fidgety.

When the Spur was in the middle of the mall? Seems like a lifetime ago but remember it so well.

I live in a small town, I love cappuccino and there’s nothing like seattle coffee for me there, so when I get the chance for seattle, YOH

Not really sure what your objection is. Even if management had no issue with garrish native american decor, the political climate definately isn't right for this sort of thing. If I owned Spur I'd have done this ages ago, for any number of reasons. They'd be idiots not to do this considering the amount of pressure social media can apply if the wrong person takes offence to something that has gotten more stale than their food.
