All I am saying is that this woman by no means is a innocent victim. Same as the woman I witnesses at the garage. The only victims in this scene are the kids. Standing up for this woman is just as bad as standing up for the man.
Neither am I protecting the man or the woman. Highlighting another case is completely irrelevant to this one. Yes, the only victims here are the kids. Yet, people are ignoring that the man made the initial provocation at hitting the woman. Where two parties are in the wrong, one party will be more wrong than the other. This man illustrated emotional abuse. As you said,
Erm. She did actually. Unless I heard wrong and she did not basically dare him to hit her and see what happens.
which happened in reaction to his PK response. Did he not dare to hit her, is that not baiting her into a response? As I have it, as per the video, she did ask him to leave. The kids have a legal right to dignity and worth. The man’s initial response puts him in the hot seat, legally. Never raise a hand to a woman where her children (and others) are witness, the part which many people are missing, the very same laws are protecting caretakers, parents and guardians, irrelevant whether it is a man or a woman, or otherwise where children are involved or not. It is what it is, abuse.
As I have said earlier,
I will say this, the incident as captured on video. It is not in the best interest of any child.
Look, people need to be civil about things, but once you step over the line indicating to get physical you are burdening your case. That response is the one which will be exploited at your own demise, giving leeway to retaliation. The video as it is does not give any reason to the man to PK her, because she did ask him to leave, and that is why I am not protecting the woman, but the children.
I also said that I would like to see context to the cause, Spur's surveillance, to see where and why this has escalated into what has begin to be the case. There is a lot what the public does not know. In this case, children are the primary concern, not the parents.
