Spur Incident

She is allowed to provoke all she wants. It is not a justification for someone to lay a hand on her child.
Just like a woman can wear whatever she wants and it is not a justification for rape.

provoke
stimulate or give rise to (a reaction or emotion, typically a strong or unwelcome one) in someone.
stimulate or incite (someone) to do or feel something, especially by arousing anger in them
deliberately make (someone) annoyed or angry.

and this is fine to do with kids around?

as jy k4k soek, gaan jy k4k vind. and it happened.

what do you expect to happen when someone is provoked? meditation? release white doves?

the very nature of the word is to seek a reaction, can you control that reaction? no, so why the F is it ok for her to do with the kids around.

no sorry you are wrong with this.

:crylaugh:

Who said anything about him being right? The point I think everyone is trying to make, is that both are wrong, not just him.

You will notice I never said it was justification for anything.

I just said some of the blame for the whole situation rests with her.

And trying to equate this to a clothing = justification for rape thing is retarded in the extreme.

She could have handled it differently. And arguably better. However, that does not place any blame on her. The blame is solely on the man here

they start the video when things are already heated, what should have been shown was him approaching the table surely?

That is not answering my question, but as I have previously said Spur is in consultation with their lawyers to release the CCTV to the public. It is up to legalities.

The woman said she is not pressing charges, and the man is silent on the matter.

I would not try diffuse that situation. I would try make sure that the guy goes to jail..

Which situation? Someone comes to your table and tells you that your kid is behaving badly? Your immediate response would be to tell the offending party to f**k off?

After a while they left to go back to the playroom, I thought it would be fine but they came back and said that the other girl had slapped my daughter. My daughter said she was afraid the girl would call her parents because she had hit her back much harder. The man came and and told me that my child had hit his daughter. I replied saying that it was not okay that his child had been terrorising mine. Why was the problem that my child had retaliated?

First problem: Children hitting each other is not acceptable in any situation. As adults we are not meant to solve our problems by hitting each other, I don't see why kids should have a different standard.

Secondly, she knew her kid had hit the other kid. That is bad behaviour for children, even if it were for "retaliation". First thing she should have done is apologize for her kid's bad behavior since he was the person making the complaint. If she had gone to his table because of his kid's behavior, I would expect the same thing from him.

Then
, you tell him calmly that his child hit yours and your child retaliated. Which is bad behavior from both children. You then suggest that each parent discipline their own children, preferably not with violence as that is illogical( you can't hit other children, but I can hit you). Everyone goes their merry way and returns to the slop that Spur calls food.

And to this guy. Telling his girl to hit this child is literally the epitome of bad parenting.

Hardly.

If all she did was swear at him and when he walked away the first time, didn't provoke any further I would agree with you.

Except she provoked him MULTIPLE times, therefore some of the blame for the entire situation rests with her.

They have released CCTV footage. What they haven't released is the full footage that would settle a few things.

yeah ive read what you said earlier.

how will showing him approaching the table, the whole event, jeopardise the truth. the footage release seems too selective to me, hiding something.

That's bs reasoning. If you provoke(bait) someone into a fight you deserve to get punched. (not the kid)
To use your rape example that's like a women claiming rape afterwards because the sex wasn't as enjoyable as she had hoped.

Calls BS reasoning, then immediately provides the MOST BS reasoning of the whole 68 page thread LMFAO!

"Passionate father seeks restitution for his child being bullied, instead gets provoked until boiling point"

there is a nice alternate news headline :D

I've always laughed at "As jy k4k soek, gaan jy k4k vind". Stupid is a stupid does.
The beauty of being litigious : Provoke someone and then let them argue "They were provoked. He was walking for it!" to a judge later :)

I can provoke someone all day long. You don't get to touch me. If you do, you get to see why my lawyers charge what they do.
Thats how it works.

Wow you said absolutely nothing. LMFAO. At least try to offer a different opinion. Show why my reasoning is BS.
Now you are only making yourself look stupid.
