meh, stage 1 or 2, doesn't matter, I'm still off for 4.5 hours in the same time slot

I get all my clients set up for stage 2 and the sods pull this stunt
... what's the betting we go to stage 2 around midday anyway? Eskom, brewery, piss up - does not compute!
Nah - Stage 2 at 18:00 is my guess.

You know what gets me? I've wanted to get a solar installation for a few months now. But am unable to take out a loan to do it.
Why? Because the Midvaal council had me put on ITC due to a long standing dispute about a outstanding utilities bill of R16 000. I've been on Prepaid since 2011. And they can't tell me where that amount comes from.

Midvaal is DA run IIRC, contact your local DA councilor
