Load shedding caused havoc for me yesterday. Majorly disrupted an important event, and then at home we had a 4 and a half hour outage in just about the only time I had to relax this whole weekend. Counting the days to my solar system installation.
It's the only way to go these days.
Since my solar install in 2020, my house has had 100% uptime in power.
I also see more and more roof tops covered with panels.
