--When I first got an ADSL line in 2011, with MWEB uncapped ISP, my 4Mbps line was awesome. But over the last 2 years it has been very inconsistent. I even considered cancelling or decreasing the line speed. Some days I have to wait for YouTube videos to buffer every 10 secs, but on other days everything works perfectly. It never used to be like this in 2011. Telkom techie even came to inspect line but reported no faults. The variations in speed can happen by the hour. One hour everything will be slow, the next it will be perfect. This makes for frustrating fault reporting. Sometimes I wish the problem would persist more consistently so that the fault could be noted and addressed.

I am with Telkom 1Mbps line, uncapped. there are times when theres limited connectivity but on the whole have no issues. But recently cannot open the FNB website only. Youtube videos work fine no buffering.
