Bought my key through mmogamersa.co.za and had it within 10 minutes of making the payment - really impressed with the service :) Now I'm just waiting for the client download to finish... snore.

If any class was OP in PVP, I'd say operative... A well geared one can take 2/3 of my life in 5 seconds... from stealth. But, all in all, pvp is pretty balanced... not many 1v1 fights going on.. more about playing as a team.

This video was about a week ago. I am now fully epiced in 136 rating pvp gear, 500+ expertise.

Oh and if you are going to mostly pvp in swtor, pick up biochem as your crafting crew skill... at 400, you can make a epic medpak that doesn't disappear and heals for about double what the NPC medpaks sell for... the self healing makes a huge difference.

On the swtor forums everyone's complaining about Ops (scoundrels) being, well, OP. They have a massive stealth opener, buuut, if they're caught out in the open they're toast.

Jugs (guardians) seem to be quite heavy hitters and mercs (commandos) also do insane dmg, however, the general consensus seems to be that it's entirely gear dependent.

Ever since my assassin went darkness spec (tank) PvP has been much more fun for me...especially since you get force pull. ^_^

1v1 fights my biggest problem is with sorcerers (sages) but ONLY if they're healer specced. Any dps variant and they're toast. Marauders (sentinels) have powerful damage, but low survivability - same goes for snipers (gunslingers)

Everyone wants a lightsaber, but my next class is definitely a commando. They're crazy awesome for solo pve and at lvl10 I did a WZ where (without a single talent point spent) and all I did was self-heal and kept lvl50's busy for a while (obviously stats are boosted for lowbies)
 
Yeah that opener is deadly... I just *pop unleash*, *force choke*, *force crush*, */wave*, *SMASH*. =D

But your right, gear does play a big roll at 50.

Want to try this out but worried that wont be able to keep WOW and SWTOR running as need 2 subs on both as wife cant decide what to play. LOL

So just picked up my key from G2Play, anyone know what the estimated delivery time is?

Edit: got it after 2 hrs and some weird back and forth from the sales dept, not the easiest online store.

Also, willing to buy a beer for any chaps in the midrand area with an updated client, downloading now at a nice trickle, how big is the client?

dl was about 19gb if I'm not mistaken, did not monitor it that closely when downloading, hehe, but def above 15gb download. Loving this game!!
 
I can vouch for mmogamersa.co.za. I bought my key from them. I did have to wait almost 8hours for it, but the guy was still getting stock at the time, and kept me informed at every stage. :) Recommended.

No thanks. G2play/gamekeysbuy/offgamers had mine keys in my inbox under 10 minutes.
 
thanks got it from G2play came in like 5 min so that was cool...downloading it took a while tho lol,what pve server do sa players use?
