Starting to doubt Vox

I am starting to think twice about moving to Vox. I currently have ADSL with Openweb and saw the prices of Vox which made me think of changing. I wanted to get the 1mbps with the line. I left my email address and contact details last week and all I got was one reply asking when they can call. I replied the same time and have not gotten a reply since.

I would also be angry at the world if I was stuck on a 1 Mbps connection.

Had Vox for a month for World Cup unshaped streaming. Although I won't be continuing with them I have found their support in getting the account and the subsequent cancellation to be nothing less than first rate.

Had Vox for about 5 months now, very happy. Haven't needed much in terms of support, but when I did, they were spot on.

I agree with many posts here, just call them.

Starting to doubt VOX on your first encounter, because they didn't get back to you on a phone call? Why don't you just open up an account on their website and place your order there, as this is the proper channel to take anyway? Your account should be activated within minutes. Then you'll quickly realize that comparing VOX's bandwidth/network with OpenWeb in any way/shape/form on these forums was probably a bad idea... xD
