Her conduct and failure to explain even the most basic of questions should be clear that she has something to hide. She even implicitly implied that Zondo himself is being used and the staff working on the commission for him. I don't think that would go down well with him and he will remember that when he deliberates on his findings.

I'd have used vetdoek. Has a better ring to it even though she does seem to be partial to the doek.
 
I can't tell if Kwinana is feigning incompetence to hide her corrupt ways or she is indeed that incompetent. Maybe it won't be such a bad idea for SAICA and other institutions to revisit her membership credentials and see if everything is alright, even Dudu sounds more bright than her.

I get the feeling that she is atrociously incompetent but feigning ignorance under the advisement of lawyers.

She's probably also incompetent. The state capture project and the Guptas seemed to have a preference for the dim and incapable. Zwane, weekend special, etc. They make for good lapdogs as they only operate on instructions. Wouldn't want anyone too clever as they might pause long enough to realise they're facilitating billions in loot but only get pennies in return.

She must be a very good actor, because she is pulling it off stunningly.

Pity that all searches brings up her recent state capture appearance, has anyone been able to find out what she was doing before SAA?

If I have to speculate then Dudu seems "smarter" than Kwinana but it is like I am comparing on a "who is more corrupt? Zuma or Gupta kind of scale"
 
Kwinana hasn’t even drawn on her eyebrows for the trial to prevent her facial expressions from incriminating her.

Classic Zuma, he expected Zondo to be sympathetic towards him, that's why he appointed him to the Concourt.

Fantastic! If you are implicated in as much corruption as JZ this should be a part of the standard process. His kids are named in loads of suspicious dealings also. The NPA should absolutely look into his bank account and his kids since they are named in seriously dodgy dealings. You cannot expect that you're presumed innocent when the whole country knows you're the source of corruption. Heck - the first time he was accused of being a corrupt douchebag was when he was fired as deputy president by Mbeki for being corrupt.

Yeh, I always wonder where these state captured crooks hide their money. I somehow don't think it is in their bank accounts. Cayman Islands or Bermuda etc etc is what I suspect.
