Fair enough but they're advertising the thing they're selling you - not what it was before your purchased it.It was 180g when raw. If a restaurant advertises a meat weight it is the weight before cooking so it seems you are in the wrong here.

40% difference seems a bit excessive. ... considering they are ribs.
And of couse .... they were not advertised as 180g uncooked .... I didn't buy them online but at the store
