Strange behaviour

It all started when I wanted to do the survey: http://surveys.mybroadband.co.za/index.php/794677?lang=en

I am unable to open the link. Thought, meh, it's a DNS issue. Same issue I had, when I tried to open up the VC website. Started digging and and saw this:

Seems like all the sites hosted on servers with 41.x.x.x IPs, I am unable to open. Is it just me?
Neotel 5mbps fibre, no firewall, IP: 41.160.x.x and DNS 8.8.8.8
