Strange Home Network Issue : No throughput when power returns

So I don't do any config or anything I run. I have the below equipment :

Fibre <> Calix Gigahub <> Zyxel GS1200-8HP <> AirTies mesh

On WiFi, I have phones / cameras / slight switch / Amazon Dot etc
On Wired, I have my TV, Playstation, music streamer etc

Everything works perfectly, until the power cuts and returns ...

Wireless doesn't work barring my phones - so nothing connects to it. It sees the SSID, but won't link up
Wired doesn't work either, so my TV / Playstation / streamer won't connect

Next morning, *everything* works like there was no issue the night before and my house functions normally. This has happened 3 of 3 times now.

I can't work out which of the three units is screwing things up?
Or why? Maybe something with IP lease that resets over night ?

Ok - someone said something with DHCP holding the IP, so need to change that in the GigaHub

I've had a similar experience on CI fibre on the Octotel network.

I had to change the WAN MAC address on my router to get an external IP as a short term workaround.
