Streaming media using Readyshare

Hi,

I want to know if it's possible for me to use a Netgear router's Readyshare capability to watch movies on an old TV. Is there a device I can buy which can access a USB drive/HDD connected to the router then connect to the TV using RCA cables?

I think you would need a smartTV in order to stream via a router.
