Hi guys I'm still new to linux but enjoying it allot. I have setup a htpc server at home with lubuntu 16.04. I must say it's working great. I have one issue that I'm battling to resolve though so let's see if you clever okes can help. Streaming sport over cricfree works great on a win 7 laptop over wifi inside the house. It streams at sd quality over my 2mb/s line. Now the Linux machine seems to be streaming in hd which is too big for my line. Is there any help out there or do I have to keep that laptop on win 7 until the lines in my area gets upgraded to something more user friendly.

Streaming in HD from Cricfree? Wow, I'm yet to see that happen!

I stream cricfree on Firefox in PCLinuxOS and don't get much buffering. I watched the rugby on Saturday, crappy picture but better than nothing and I regularly watch motogp (can sometimes get Friday, Sat and Sunday :-) ).
