Hi guys
Need some help getting my matter to the right people...
So to give you guys a timeframe :
29 Oct - Order submitted for new fibre install
30 Oct - Received e-mail from Afrihost that my router is configured and being shipped
31 Oct - Received my router
01 Nov - Get a call from Vuma that they can come do the installation on 3rd Nov
03 Nov - Installation commences, but there is loadshedding. Vuma says that isn't a problem.
So after the power came back on my ONT power LED keeps flashing green. Log a a ticket with Afrihost they say Vuma must activate it on their side. Long story short with a lot of back and forth between Vuma and Afrihost. Vuma says the line is up and active, Afrihost says the line is activated but is down. So this is the constant feedback I get, but said issue doesn't get resolved. My ticket keep getting marked as resolved from Vuma and Afrihost keep disputing the tickets to Vuma. But it feels like no one is actually doing something.
Almost a week now and the ONT is still flashing green. You would think Afrihost will get Vuma to do a call out as the issue persists.
