OK, so I am not having any luck!
I had a Galaxy Tab, but it couldn't link up to my work's network (proxy settings). So I sold it and bought an iPad as I really need to have access during the day.
It worked a charm.
Now the problem. I have been playing the game, The Hobbit, on the ipad. I made some purchases over the weekend (loaded an itunes voucher) and it worked fine. Then I noticed that I keep being charged tax on the purchase. So, I read suggestions to change the city in the USA account and it would not charge tax. I did that, because frankly, it's irritating buying a $20 itunes voucher, for a $19.99 game and being told you don't have sufficient credit.
So, I changed the address and now I can't buy from the app anymore? It says: "Your purchase could not be completed. contact itunes support" and when I close that screen, it says "Connect to Itunes error"!
I contacted Kabam (who runs the game) and they say to contact iTunes. Itunes told me "there are irregularities" on the account and they can't help. Ofcourse there are "irregularies"! SA itunes don't stock this game and I want to play it! Lol
Any suggestions about the error I am getting? I have considered loaning someone's samsung tablet and loading the game on there and doing the in app purchasing from there (works so easy from android).
