Sudden drop in Eskom breakdowns

Eskom's latest performance data showed a dramatic reduction in its unplanned breakdowns, also known as the Unplanned Capability Loss Factor (UCLF).

Energy analyst Chris Yelland highlighted that Eskom's UCLF dropped by five percentage points — from 30.56% to 25.56% — over the last week.

Nyati explained that the improved performance resulted from a plan for Eskom put together 18 months ago.
@TheChamp

18 months ago is, let's see... December 2022, December 12 if one were to take it literally to the day (the day before ADR was poisoned). And he left 3 months later. So... 3 months before Cassim was appointed. And 4 months before Ramokgopa started his new gig.

So... What now?

Mhh... You are still hurt, I don't know what to say to you to make it better, all I can reiterate is that I stated facts, what the facts do to your feelings cannot be my problem.

Your maths skills sux

Long may it continue.

Loadshedding is catastrophic for our economy - the sooner we see the back of it, the sooner our economy grows, jobs become available, and the entire country is lifted on a rising tide.

As long as we're not burning diesel (except as intended) or cutting corners on maintenance, long may this period of no LS continue.

Nonsense...its not because there were real breakdowns, its because the irrational decisions by the puppeteers (those that wants us to move away from coal) to take working units offline in the early mornings with skeleton staff present, are less.

The rapist decides to rape less...for now. I suspect it to be back before elections

The Mossad probably looks at ways to get back at the ANC, but determined that sabotage would be pointless as this lot is now professional at screwing up themselves.

What is an unplanned breakdown?
I didn't know that you can get a planned breakdown. Well, with the ANC mafia cartel, I guess you can get a planned breakdown.
