Good day
I have cancelled my contract with supersonic at the end of January 2021, I was required to serve a notice of a month which was served for in February 2021 month. I made calls to the call center in March 2021, my cancellation was confirmed and I was told they longer allow customer to courier the router to them due to COVID-19, a courier service appointed by Supersonic will come to collect the router. This was indicated to me that it will be within a week or so, do this date the router is not collected I have called the call center a couple of times and I am told that the collection will happen within a week which never happens. During this period Supersonic continues to send me invoices as if the contract is active, the call center does not have an explanations and e-mails that I sent to the accounts department are not responded to.
is there anyone who can help to resolve this issue.
