Supersonic Fixed LTE Cancellation Problems

Good day

I have cancelled my contract with supersonic at the end of January 2021, I was required to serve a notice of a month which was served for in February 2021 month. I made calls to the call center in March 2021, my cancellation was confirmed and I was told they longer allow customer to courier the router to them due to COVID-19, a courier service appointed by Supersonic will come to collect the router. This was indicated to me that it will be within a week or so, do this date the router is not collected I have called the call center a couple of times and I am told that the collection will happen within a week which never happens. During this period Supersonic continues to send me invoices as if the contract is active, the call center does not have an explanations and e-mails that I sent to the accounts department are not responded to.

is there anyone who can help to resolve this issue.

Scary. I cancelled mine a few days ago, subject for termination at the end of May.

So, they don't cancel unless they have the router, but they don't come to fetch the router?
 
What a f*cking disgrace these ISP's have no shame, best to vote with your wallet and boot them to the curb.
 
I have made another call to the call center, I am told the same thing that was told previously. They say a case has been opened for collection of the router within 24 to 48 hrs I will receive a call to arrange and request for sent to the accounts stop sending invoices(as this is a mistake). I am now given a case no. CAS-551794-L7L5M8 to assure me that this will be dealt with, they have no cases opened for my previous calls. I will wait for week and give feedback whether arrangements for collection are done or not, as for invoices will wait for month end which is the time they usually send it.
 
Yeah, you cancelled. So, if they don't come fetch the router it's essentially their problem not yours.

I agree with the voting with one's wallet. If you look at many of the other isps, you can just cancel online. With Supersonic it's such a mission.
 
What happened to your cancellation? I cancelled, they picked up the router a mi th early. They charged me R250 to pick up the router, which I was assured would not happen when I took up the offer.
Now despite numerous people assuring me I won't be billed again, they are billing me again.

So, now I'll have to phone them wait 2.5 (not hyperbole) to speak to someone and then hope for the best. I wish I never touched this company.

I'm in the same boat. I really regret signing up with them. I've always had good luck with schitty companies like Telkom, but this one is so bloody bad...

Cancelled 25 April, got confirmation on the 29th, got an email on the 5th of May to send them the router or they can fetch it for R250, so I sent it myself on the 23rd of May and it was received on the 25th of May. I was still billed and when I called the call centre I was told my account wasn't cancelled and they don't know about the router...

Emailed [email protected] and got a reply from [email protected] a few hours later that the debit order will be reversed and my account is cancelled.

I don't understand why they keep sending emails from a noreply email address...only way to communicate with them is phoning in and waiting for an hour+ to get through to someone, who doesn't give you a reference number so there is no way to follow up on anything...

Honestly, if anyone is planning on signing up with SuperSonic...DON'T. Signup is fast and efficient and then they don't give schit about you anymore...
