Supersonic high ping to foreign servers

Hi everyone

Just wondering if anyone else on Supersonic (or any ISP) suffers from higher than usual ping?

My ping to EUW is 280ms right now and makes playing pretty horrible. I've called Supersonic many times, they fix it temporarily and then 2 weeks later its back to 280ms. What can I do about this? Traceroute to google.co.za pasted below.

Occasionally happens, as it did last night.

Dropping the line and getting a new ip sorts it out.
