Is it just me or are all SUPERSONIC SUPERSTARS not qualified to be working as CSAs.

I am done, this is by far the worst ISP out there!. There is NO customer service, no one can resolve an issue, no one can assist and you are placed on hold ALL THE TIME with calls being cut every time

I have just cancelled. I cannot deal with this.

Who is a reputable ISP and has customer service that actually know what they are doing and can help resolve issues.

What issues are you facing?
 
Moved from the hell that is Supersonic to the bliss that is Afrihost a few months ago, couldnt be happier

Only regret is not getting away from Supersonic earlier

Can't wait till my 2 year cancellation clawback period expires in March 2022. Dealing with them is complete hell and they provide a shocking quality connection to the internet. My Latency in online games recently has been extremely volatile despite having a 50/50 line. Complaints go nowhere and They even try telling you international latency and bandwidth is not their problem at all. Terrible ISP. Would recommend others to stay far away. Have even complained to the ISPA twice, and every time they just call you saying "We are sorry. We will do Better." It gets better for a week then deteriorates.

Go to Telkom. I hadn't needed to contact them since 2017. You don't need good customer service if you don't need customer service at all.

PS: I just dread the day that I may need to cancel the service

You don’t, until the day you do.

I’ve gone years with needing absolute minimal support from Afrihost, but at least I know on that rare occasion that I do, I’ll find a support person with substantially more than 1 brain cell, Telekom you’ll be lucky if they have 1 between the entire damn office.

Also give Cool Ideas a skip, I made the mistake of trying to go there when moving as they had the line, incompetent nitwits.
