I believe now that I was. Luckily not of so much money. Feel very bad for those that invested thousands and thousands and thousands. We don't hear anything from anybody about anything so who wouldn't believe they were scammed.
Weet u ek het ook so wou dink, maar daar is so baie mense wat dít en dat sê, ek het vir eers my hart en gedagte van die hele spul gehaal. Sou daar een of ander kans is dat in die nuwe jaar iets gaan gebeur, so be it. Ek het ooki groot "belê" nie, so ek is chilled.

So are we still a bunch of morons for stating it to be a scam the whole time? Guess not....

Where is Gupta and kie when you need them?

There HAS been a scam involved, possibly built on the foundation of the real inheritance claims. Now it looks to me very much like it has graduated from a scam for which an exit is being prepared to a ponzi which the developers expect to continue to run.

If it is the exit from a scam, payouts are just to keep the majority who haven't been paid from starting action against the perpetrators to try to retrieve lost money. If a ponzi scheme, then current payouts are seed money to attract new investors.

You people are still asking why the money hasn't been paid?! Its because no one wants to donate money to Prophet JS safe house cost!!!
Thanks for all that have donated for Prophet JS's bail money.

Once he is back in SA, withdrawals will be processed again as per normal.

What bail? We were told that it was to protect him from criminals, not that he was facing jail?

The baseless alligations and attacks from the 3rd force will be dealt with. The prophet will be vindicated, amen.

A correction: The case number referred to in @Gupta regarding the FUNDLY appeal is not listed for the High Court Gauteng Division. The case was on the Court Roll of the Western Cape Division as Case No 2310/2020.

NOTE: This is the genuine case regarding the inheritance and the claimant in the case against the Public Investment Corporation. It has nothing to do with Prophet JS, safe houses or most recently, bail. Scam after scam has been built on top of the genuine case, taking who-knows-how-much money with ridiculous promises of payouts. Anyone who has received money from a scheme related to the Surtie inheritance has been given money gained in a ponzi scheme.

The appeal under the FUNDLY name does not actually say that Mr Koorbanally is asking for the money although that is the impression given. IMO more details are at the least desirable, if not essential.

Hmm In What world does a legal department charge but 0.03% to dig out funds no one except the plaintiff wants dug out. Smells like yet another one, only this time with a different name and date. Maybe their payment gateway is a bit more legitimate this time but that's about it. But hey, I'm no lawyer, I would surely not do so much paperwork for such little money if I know the end goal. If true, they'd have people working on it for at least a year with court after court, postponed till horses grow wings, and all this for less than I'm getting a year for fixing things

Just to point out, the "Fundly" page doesn't seem to exist. I checked it already on the day it was posted to see if anyone had actually contributed.

I'm guessing it was reported to them and they pulled it.

I'm still not convinced that the Surtie inheritance claim ever existed. No evidence has been provided. I've been told all the evidence is "privileged".

Of course it is

Most likely so. I had only checked on the existence of Fundly, not whether this page was real - lazy b*g**r ;)
