I was talking to @Tuffy. Anyway here is the LINK. This is the outcome of the CIEX report. You will not find anything related specifically mentioning the Surtie funds in there. But I'm sure you'll know about the links to the funds paid to Bankkorp.

James enige persoon wat vir jou sê Surtie geld gaan release word more, next week, next month lieg! Daar is nie so iets nie. Die mense wat vir jou en vir ander sê die geld word uit betaal doen dit vir een vd volgende redes.
1. Hulle het geen insig in die Surtie Inheritance claim, bv legal aspekte tov die geld en histories tov title ownership vd geld.
2. Hulle doen dit, omdat hulle onder druk is om aan verskillende mense by wie hulle geld gekry het en in die geval van oa Mnr Stevenson, Leonard Machelm en Jeff Koorbanally steeds geld van mense kry op die beloftes van Surtie gelde wat gaan uit betaal. Hulle lieg dan vir mense om die hoop van geld aan die lewe te hou.
3. In die geval van ñ deceased estate kan sodanige estate slegs afgehandel word as die Master ñ L&D afgeteken het. In estate ART SURTIE was daar bv nog nooit by Master ñ L&D submit nie. Nog minder was so ñ legal kennisgewing in enige koerant geadverteer. Nog minder is daar bewyse dat daar enige Bates in ART SURTIE estate is. So as Jeff, Donnie en "die board" beweer estate ART SURTIE se geld betaal uit dan is dit, omdat hulle dit gisteraand reg gekry het om wetgewing op testamente deur parlement te verander en publikasie in die staats koerant te plaas. Vra vir Leonard en Jeff Koorbanally om by volgende update meeting aan die mense te bewys dat estate ART SURTIE enige Bates het, bv share certificate en enige bank accounts, plaaslik en oorsee wat geld, trillions, in het wat hulle client, Auntie Karima moet erf.
Hulle lieg hulself confuse!

The TRUTH will never be told bcoz they get Xmas & holiday money for themshelves. "THEY" are the ones that keeps "THIS" so called process alive.
