Mine is also bundled and now says shipped from TAL warehouse in Montague Gardens and on way to courier. Delivery still listed as tomorrow. But at least we know they are in CT and not winging their way down from Joburg.

Mine says shipped now. I was just paranoid that they ran out of stock or something, but seems fine
 
Mine is from Takealot and still doesn't say shipped. And my case and screen protector has been pushed out till Saturday now and they say they're asking if the supplier has stock of it.

I thought the whole point of preordering was to secure stock in advance!
