Switching between two proxies

I want to be able to switch between two proxies or use both. One site requires that we use proxy:8080 and others require fw:80.How can i switch between the two automatically - without having to go to Internet Options and change thigs manually alla the time?

If you use IE try downloading IE7Pro I can switch between proxies by hitting Ctrl F9.
