Reread his first post on the other forum and put yourself in the same position, would you be a happy customer?

Thanks, nice post on the Sybaritic forum, did you wipe afterwards?

Getting cranky since your buddy's tantrum failed to get him a free PSU?

Oh and a gold star for figuring out it was me! I tried so hard to hide my identity, switching from Bar0n to bar0n. :p

The gist of it is that Xyler is in the wrong. I dare him to go to a small claims court and pull out the CPA, if he's so sure of his case.

Please let me know if you would like to create a topic about this and we can have a public chat about this ^^

Not necessary, just check my previous post. If I had no feedback from a supplier that made me to go out and spend another R1k just to resolve the issue I'd be pretty pissed too. This nonchalant attitude of FU Mr. Customer expressed by you and and others here is testament to the poor customer service. And passing the buck to the supplier? Really?

I did read it and yes I wouldnt be happy but lets review the facts

1. He says there is a problem
2. Sybaritic and the supplier couldnt not recreate this issue ?
3. His windows boots up
4. He is arrogant (You have a lost a client and I am definitely not the only one)
5. Claims to be buying a sh*t load of computer parts/ laptops etc but he doesn't have a esquire or reseller account wow
6. Claims to have a bought a silent psu wow

If someone bashed my company on a forum that's even on our domain name I would sue him for slandering

Loool well he thinks he knows it all this would be laughed off in any court

Nope Fudzy I think you missed the plot somewhere

Review the facts and his arrogant attitude towards sybaritic and tell me if you were Graham what would you do ? Keeping in mind that the power supply boots his pc

So all would be fine and dandy if he wasn't arrogant? Customers are going to be dicks sometimes because they are the ones spending money, if I'm worried that what I've bought is faulty and is going to damage my other components I would want it sent back, wouldn't you?

True I get what you are saying but too me there was nothing wrong with this PSU except it makes a "noise"

Is he getting blue screens or any other errors ? How would you know this would damage your computer if it was independently tested by Sybaritic and the supplier ?

You missed the part about him buying an additional PSU because Sybaritic didn't get back to him right? How do you see that as 'free'?

He expects another PSU as the one he has is faulty

Waiting on a reply for the below

I would want to see a report of them putting the PSU under load. If the under/over voltage and current protection is not working it can cause all sorts of problems.

You have no idea how many mails I have sent and phone calls I have made to get Graeme to just give me a little feedback.
At the end of the day after being nice did not work. So this is the result of graeme ignoring me.

And if a product states that it is super silent, its one of the things that counts.

According to Chapter 2, Section 56, ot the CPA, a consumer can return goods to a supplier within 6 months of their delivery, if the goods fail to satisfy the agreed standards and requirements (which state that the goods must be in good working order, free of defects etc). This return must take place without penalty and at the supplier’s risk and expense.
The supplier must either repair or replace the failed, unsafe or defective goods, or refund the consumer.

One would expect Xyler to have a PSU tester seeing that from his claims he buys alot of parts, pc etc

^^ Should the above be true its a defective product that should be replaced immediately
