Hi

I need advice. I want to get my business professional email and stop using @gmail.com. or onedrive? I see the cheapest package comes with 300 MB.

Is there a way to set the emails to save on my gmail.com email? Just to ensure that I don't fill up the 300 MB?

Many thanks.

You can attach any POP3/IMAP account to your Gmail account.

I have three other email addresses delivered to my Gmail client.

Remember Gmail is a client, not just an email address.

Set up forwarding of all mail that is received through the business professional email to your gmail account. Then set up the reply to address on the gmail side to your business professional account, then just use gmail if you like.

Bingo. Like outlook. You can attach your [email protected] address to your gmail and even send email from [email protected] via gmail itself. You just need to set your POP settings to delete the email from the mailserver when pulling them into gmail otherwise your 300mb will become full quite quickly.

Just turn off conversations in Gmail if you want to stay sane IMO.
