I know people have asked you about 500 times but when you use the term climate change denialist it's can you mention (man-made) climate change as some people aren't denying climate change, but that man is the cause.

I am sure he does it on purpose, first it was man made global warming, then global warming now it's man made climate change or climate change but alf is spot on please distinguish between man made climate change and climate change. Global warming is no longer used. Climate change or man made climate change.

The climate is obviously changing, no one is denying that. Some people do not have faith that humans are the cause like you do ghoti. We know very little about our planet and this sort of climate change could have happened in the past but it could also be man made but you have to stop calling people mentally ill or stupid because we may not agree that humans are the cause. Most of us are open to the idea that humans are the cause but we can also see there may be other forces driving the change where as you don't believe for one second there could something else causing the rapid increase. You ignore the sun entirely, the very thing that gives us life you rule out.

It's fine to have your opinion and have belief in man made climate change but you have to look at other options as well. Ok you never will but we will continue to question the man made aspect.

By definition a denier is someone who tries to say that the climate change we are having right now is not man made. I don't think anyone argues that it hasn't got hotter over the last 36 yrs, especially the last 14 years.

Because most people do not understand the science it is easier for the climate sceptics to get the message across by using staw men.

BTW, re that volcano thing. If hypothetically 10 volcanos all around the world erupted in the same year without any smoke plumes then the heat effect on the average global temperatures will be infinitessimally small and not of the order of what we are experiencing. Yes, previous climate changes may have ben caused by volcanoes but it is the affect of the insulation from plumes.
Now, we have not seen this type of volcanic activity in the period we are dealing with right now. I think vulcanologists know pretty well where the active volcanos are.

BTW BTW...today it is 19 deg in Sydney and now sprinkling rain...does that mean the global temps are going down. No. We know the average temps here, in USA and around globe are trending up.
Hot days like yesterday and cold days like in N Hemisphere now are both the result of global warming.
 
Can you tell me where that is happenning to create this pattern?
At the moment we have definite measurements of CO2 content and other gases in abundance due to industrial activity...we know that. We also know the temperature trends plus other global warming parameters that people don't know about...we know this.

I am willing to listen to logic too



Yes, yesterday and last Tuesday with the northwesterly had humidity in mid teens and when you got out of car it "wow, that is hot" but not sweaty.
When we have the usual high temps of say 30 in city and 36 out west i.e. sea breeze then the humidity is high and it is less bearable.

The only reason I am writing this post if because I know you have the ability to understand the science if you look at the information so its late at night and I wanna show you the evidence.

Fact: CO2 is a greenhouse gas. They cause the earth to increase.
Fact: CO2 levels are increasing quickly.
Fact: We are taking CO2 out of the ground and putting it into the air.

To argue that this is not the reason, you need to show us A) CO2 is not increasing or B) CO2 is not a greenhouse gas.

I have just watched a very interesting video by a guy that really seems to know what he is talking about.

Anyway, he says:

1. CO2 is at it's lowest levels in 600 million years, even if we have recently experienced spikes in CO2 levels.
2. The earth's magnetic shield is weakening - this has been happening for the last 400 years.
3. Earth is overdue for a reversal of its magnetic fields.
4. The magnetic North is moving at a much larger rate than it has before.
5. Space Weather has a far greater influence on our local climate than people realise.
6. We should be more worried about Solar Flares than climate change.

EDIT: He also states that Methane is 25 times more potent at affecting Greenhouse effects than the equivalent amount of CO2.

Larger eruptions actually contribute more to global cooling than global warming.

In the Historical cases one can see how a single large eruption affected global weather patterns.
