Tablet mifi

Hi guys,

I just got a Asus Transformer and am looking for a portable mifi device, currently its running from my Andriod phone( Wifi hot spot) but the battery life on the phone goes down the drain. Could anyone suggest a suitable 3G device, pref if it works with battery, I travel a lot.

how much battery life do you need? I have a little Trendnet TRW 655BR3G, nice and compact but battery probably lasts about 2hrs max

needs external 3G modem, not self contained.

I need about 4h and one unit that can take a 3G sim. Small and compact.

If you in the mood to root&hack, there is an update over at XDA to get USB 3G support, I lost the link but when I tested it it worked on Honeycomb 3.1 with Cell C's black speed stick.

I enjoy the Vodafone R201, its just works and lasts about 4 hours.
