More importantly:
If Mr Bean went to the shops and told teddy that he would be back at 6pm, why was teddy surprised to see him home at 5pm?
I need to know.

Because Mr Bean left at 17:50 in his Delta Motor Corporation of South Africa Opel Monza 160i GSi Car of the Year 1991. Teddy underestimated the power(s) of the Delta Motor Corporation of South Africa Opel Monza 160i GSi Car of the Year 1991.

Dear Takealot staff member who is watching this thread

i have purchased the following since the begining of february

* external hard drive
* media player
* text books for uni totalling R1000
* 2 fragrances for myself and 1 for my partner.

i began purchasing my toiletries every month from takealot since december last year(twice in each month),this money normally goes to clicks or dischem as i receive a cash back voucher from swiping my card on toiletries or medication.these establishments also use ebucks(dischem) ,as an indirect rewards system.

why do i support takealot?

your customer support has been satisfactory and your staff have been helpful

why am i leaving takealot?

i have only purchased items because of the R50 off R250 voucher etc.As any shopper i too like a deal or bargin and i want to feel rewarded for my loyalty to takealot.What you need to understand as a company is, even if i receive R50 off my purchase i feel like i am not being taken advantage off and i will purchase items that would be normally purchased from other stores and I HAVE EVEN BOUGHT ITEMS THAT I DONT NEED.

We settle for less in this country and i refuse to do that.In countries all over the world be it from the first world(uk,usa) to a comparable third world(india,brazil) customer/ 'brand loyalty' is an important source of revenue.

I understand how business works and i am not saying you should operate at a loss, however i do feel any amount minimum R50 is valued by any customer.

I have decided to cancel my account from today and will not be purchasing any items from takealot in the future.

ciao takealot i have enjoyed the journey from the time you were known as take2

Lulz moving to kalahari? I would never go as far to say I'd never use Takealot if they don't give out vouchers as their prices and service delivery are awesome. Try buying in bulk or combing orders with friends or family on smaller items.

They arent any cheaper then buying from a physical store i.e makro.i receive 15% off makro voucher because of my ebucks rewards.Sies!!i would never support kalahari.i loved takealot,i was spending a chunk of my cash on them lol.The reality is there are deals in SA if u look for them and i dont want to be short changed anymore.I refuse to purchase from them based on principal,i have supported the business since infancy.

Let me try to understand, I'm intrigued.

If you want to buy, say a 32gb micro sd card, and you look about and it's cheaper on Takealot, are you saying you won't buy it?

Or are you saying now you won't consider Takealot anymore in your virtual window shopping to find the best deal on something specific because they haven't produced a voucher for a couple of weeks?

And if they do bring out a voucher next week, I'm assuming you won't use it then seeing as you have 'left'? So if the micro sd card is cheaper on Takealot and you don't see that because you're not looking there, don't you ultimately lose?

What is the point of your post? Is there one?

So many questions, such a ridiculous post.

Guy left, his choice, let's keep this thread dedicated to vouchers, I'm not switching off my subscription to this thread because we're looking to make conversations here

Oh, I see. We should stop conversing because you're only interested in vouchers.

Yes! Jk. Every time someone comments I get this glimmer of hope that they're posting a voucher code like now which was unfruitful.

Sorry guys :(
This post will also be a ray of hope for some but end up being a false hope.

I'm sure someone will post here if they come across a voucher code. There really is no need to keep on asking every single day :/
