Takealot Vouchers (Begging) Thread

Makro is selling a 16 pack of Gillette Mach3 blades for R329. Not the Turbo variety.
Off topic but posting it here cause some okes went crazy for the 8 x Gillette Mach3 Turbo blades TA was selling for R229 a while back.
 
Sheesh R20 a blade. Glad I'm using electric.

Mine lasts so long by the time they need to be replaced the device itself needs replacing, battery not charging well, plastic worn. Years, you're more likely to break the shaver before they need replacing

I had to replace the cartridge on my series 3 Braun after 18 months, was around R300.

I start with the electric and finish the hard to reach bits with the razor blades, also find the razor blades used like that last months. The 3 head Philips shavers for around R1k work great, mines 4yrs old and still going strong, blades seem sharp as the day I got it and the Li ion battery likewise still seems excellent, I only need to charge it every few weeks

My 3 head Philips is about 6 years old. I lost the charger between 2011 and 2013 or so, was surprised that the battery was ok after sitting 2 years idle. Alas, now it is only holding a charge now for about 2 weeks.

I tend to only use my Gillette blade only when I have 2 days stubble going or if I want a cleaner shave than the electric can give me.

btw i just queried a fly remote with them now. at 10:30am it was 339 on sale, at 12 it went to 390, and 1pm it went back to 339. I am so confused right now, as i want to order, but it keeps on changing the price. What pisses me off, is that when i ordered a book, i was told this remote was R200. Now i should just have said give it to me, but im not like that as i know its not the correct price anyway. But i now regret not demanding it at that price.

this Takealot/Kalahari merger is already starting to feel crappy. Rant over lol :D
